Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LinkLuma (linkluma.live). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. Last updated October 6, 2026.

The service

LinkLuma lets you create a public business page, share contact details, and optionally accept booking requests. Features depend on your plan. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the product with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without permission.

Your content

You own the business content you upload (text, images, contact details, and similar). You grant LinkLuma a limited license to host, display, and process that content so the product can work. You confirm you have the rights to publish what you add and that it is lawful and accurate.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading business pages.
  • No spam, malware, harassment, or abuse of the platform.
  • No attempts to break security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
  • No content that infringes others' rights or violates local law.

Bookings

Booking requests are between the business and the customer. LinkLuma provides the tooling to collect and notify; we are not a party to the appointment itself and are not responsible for missed appointments, pricing disputes, or service quality.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the checkout and billing provider terms shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Free trials, if offered, end when the trial period expires unless you cancel or convert as described in the product.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinkLuma and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using LinkLuma at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the product, or create risk for other users. After termination, we may delete or disable your page and account data subject to our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
