Who we are

LinkLuma (linkluma.live) helps local businesses publish a simple public page with contact details, hours, and booking. We are the data controller for account and product data described below.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, and password (stored securely by our auth provider).
• Business profile content you add: name, description, contact info, location, hours, services, images, and similar fields.
• Booking requests submitted on your public page (customer name, contact details, and appointment preferences).
• Billing and subscription status when you subscribe through our payment partner.
• Product usage data such as signed-in activity and privacy-friendly unique page-view counts on published business pages.

How we use information

• Create and operate your account and business page.
• Send booking notifications and essential product emails.
• Process subscriptions and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Improve reliability, support, and product features.
• Measure marketing performance and product usage on LinkLumamarketing and app pages only when you allow optional cookies, including session recordings of those pages.

Analytics on business pages

Unique views on published business pages use a one-way visitor hash. We do not store raw IP addresses for that purpose, and we do not load advertising trackers on those pages.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Optional analytics and marketing cookies may run on product or marketing pages if you consent. See our Cookie policy for details.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run LinkLuma(hosting, authentication, email, payments, and analytics tools you enable). We do not sell personal information. Business owners receive booking details that customers submit on their page.

Retention

We keep account and business data while your account is active. You can update or delete profile content from the product. If you ask us to close an account, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep it for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Your choices

You can access and update your account details in the app, manage cookie preferences on marketing pages, and contact us to request deletion or a copy of your personal data where applicable.
